Pledged Loans (Share Secured)
A Pledged Loan is using your share or share certificate as collateral. You must keep on deposit in your share a sum equal to the outstanding loan balance until paid in full. IRA and escrow shares are excluded.
Pledged Loans allow you to borrow up to 100% of your share or share certificate’s principal balance for terms up to five years at 3.00% APR* above the share or share certificate’s dividend rate.
