AUDIO REPSONSE (TELEPHONE BANKING)

St. Lawrence FCU offers an Audio Response system that connects you to your account via telephone.  Audio Response is free.  You can call anytime - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  You must have a touch tone phone to access this service.

St. Lawrence FCU Audio Response features:

  • check your account balance
  • check your account history
  • transfer funds
  • make payments
  • delete an existing transfer
  • check stop payment activities
 

In the 315 area code, dial 229-4557.  If you are not within the 315 area code, dial 1-855-502-8184.  This is a toll free number.  Your first call to our Audio Response system will walk you through setting up your Audio Response account.

When prompted:

  • Enter your member account number.
  • Create a Personal Identification Number (PIN) when prompted (any 4-digit number that does not start with a zero)
  • Enter your Social Security Number.  Once your SSN is verified, you will be asked to enter a new PIN.  This PIN will be used for access going forward.
