Notice of Annual Meeting

The St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 30th, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held in a virtual format. All documents pertaining to the annual meeting will be posted on the credit union website March 1st. You may join this meeting and participate in the following manner:

Annual Board member elections will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor as the number of nominees equals the number of open positions. The Board of Directors Nominating Committee submits the following people for appointment to the Board of Directors at the 2022 Annual Meeting:

Douglas Loffler

Doug has been a member of St. Lawrence FCU since 1979 and a member of the Board of Directors since July of 2010. He was elected Board Chair in March of 2016 and currently serves in that capacity. Doug is retired and lives with his wife in Ogdensburg, NY.

Todd Mashaw

Todd is presently President/CEO of St. Lawrence FCU and has been a member of the Board of Directors since May of 2010. He is currently the Treasurer of the Board. Todd, his wife, and son reside in Heuvelton, NY.

Edward Gauthier

Ed has been a Credit Union member since 1981 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2015. He graduated from SUNY Potsdam in 1974. He started working for St. Lawrence County in 1978 in the Social Services and Probation departments until his retirement in 2013. Mr. Gauthier and his wife reside in Canton, NY.
