Payroll Deduction

Courtesy Pay
St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union’s Courtesy Pay is an overdraft protection program designed to provide an extra level of financial protection to qualified members. Through this program, St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union will pay (rather than return) non-sufficient fund (NSF) transactions on your sharedraft. This optional service can provide additional support when you need it most.
St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union Courtesy Pay Features:
Convenience — may allow your purchases to be approved when you have insufficient funds
A safety net — may cover reconciliation errors
Emergency backup — may cover unexpected expenses
May prevent potential credit score damage, merchant fees, collection reporting and NSF fees for returned checks.
There is no monthly fee for St. Lawrence Federal Courtesy Pay. However, you will be charged a $25 fee each time we pay an overdraft.

Trusted Contact Program
The Trusted Contact Program allows you to designate a Trusted Contact Person that you authorize St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union to reach out to in specific situations where there may be concerns about your well-being or financial safety. A Trusted Contact Person is someone you designate that St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union may contact if the credit union is concerned you’re experiencing fraud, a health crisis, or another emergency that has an affect on your financial affairs. Choose someone you trust, who is reliable, and has your best interest at heart. You may consider having multiple trust contacts, in case the first person is unavailable.
How to add a trusted contact
Visit your local credit union branch.
Fill out a Trusted Contact Authorization Form.
You can update or change your trusted contact any time.
what information will my trusted contact be provided?
If we have concerns about your well-being or financial safety, the credit union may contact the primary Trusted Contact Person. If, for some reason, we suspect the Trusted Contact Person is involved, they will not be contacted. Your Trusted Contact Person CANNOT view your account, make transactions or decisions about the account unless they have legal authority.
